If you've just opened another tab in your brain and now there are 47,

If you've overeaten.
Breathe.
If you're hungry.
If you have too many things on your to-do list and you're not sure where to start.
You're feeling lonely.
Breathe.
If you have too much energy and you're not sure what to do with it all or where to put it.
Breathe.
If it's two in the afternoon and you're desperate for a nap,
If you really want to reach for the chocolate.
If you don't know what to do next in your life.
Breathe.
If you kind of do know what to do,
But you're not quite ready to do it yet.
Breathe.
If you're worried about the future.
It isn't glamorous.
And yet it can make such a difference.
So I invite you.
To try this first.
Breathe in through your nose.
Deeply into your belly.
Let your belly expand on the inhale.
And relax on the exhale.
Just do this two or three times.
Just breathe.
And see what shifts.
