In this session, you will be introduced to the overview of the model used in this course, with explanations and examples. The session is a mix of tutor input and some interactive questions for you to consider, and as ever, you are invited to use the course classroom to share your questions and comments on this first lesson. Personal Space And Your Environment
In this session, we discuss the environment, both your external environment, and your internal environment. This is themed around the notion that people need personal space, and that this can be mental, conceptual, or practical. The session combines input with a guided mindful reflection.
Lição 3
Being And Doing
This session brings you the notion of behaviors and their scope. We are always behaving, even when behavior is consciously unintentional, we are always active in some way both mentally and physically. In this session we bring awareness to how we behave, and the levels of conscious and unconscious choices in those behaviors.
Lição 4
What You Are Capable Of
This middle level in the mind map focuses on the power of your capabilities. Capabilities are your internal resources, a powerhouse of possibility. Yet many of us do not recognize, draw on, or review our capabilities, to use or to add to. In this session, you are invited to bring into awareness your vault of capabilities and to consider how you might employ them more fully.

Beliefs, Foundations Of The Mind
Beliefs are pivotal to all else that you do in life, and are often embedded at an unconscious level. In this session, you will explore the role and the power of beliefs and how they link to some of the other levels of change. You will be invited to reflect on some of the beliefs and values that you hold dear and to ponder on whether they are the most helpful.

Your Personal Presence
In this session, you will consider the many facets of identity and spirituality that combine to create your presence, and the way that you are in everyday life, and evaluate if this is how you want to be. Personal presence is one of the most powerful levels of being, within which resides your authenticity, confidence, and potential. The session is a mix of input and reflection and will discuss how desired changes in this area can be triggered through other levels of the mind map.
