Lição 1
Shared Breath
In Day 1 we explore how belonging is etched in our DNA. We open to the idea that belonging transforms our relationship with ourselves, others and the world. When we experience true belonging, we cherish life, we protect what is sacred, and we act in creative and compassionate ways to honour and preserve. In our practice together, we connect with our breath in new and interesting ways. We remember that we are all connected by our shared breath.

Shared Heartbeat
In day 2 we dare to take off our mask and protective cloak to soften the judgement, criticism, and blame, so that we can connect more deeply with family, friends, and all of humanity. In our practice together, we lean into our similarities and away from our differences by resting in the energy of our shared heartbeat.
Lição 3
Shared Rhythm
In Day 3 we explore our connection to the natural world. We realise that we too have seasons, and that when we surrender into these, the resistance fades, life feels easier, and we experience greater belonging. In our practice together, we receive the wisdom of our season as a doorway into belonging. What would your life look and feel like if you let there be seasons? Times for growth and rejuvenation, times for energy and joy, and also times for letting go and hibernation.
Lição 4
Mountain, Ocean, Sky
In day 4, we continue to strengthen our relationship with the natural world by connecting to the wisdom and character of the mountains, the ocean, and the sky. In our practice together, we explore the liberating idea that when life feels hard, when challenges present, we can turn to our natural world for guidance and inspiration.
Lição 5
The Overview Effect
In Day 5 we explore the powerful effect of seeing our planet from space. In our practice together, we experience this ‘overview effect’, so that we can be moved by a sense of awe and wonder. And perhaps as you experience this deep level of appreciation for our Earth and how connected we all are, something beautiful will open up within you. Are you curious?

Earth Whisper
In Day 6 we continue to connect to our precious planet and the wisdom it holds. We also reflect on how meditation is a powerful tool to reignite our imagination and sense of creativity. In our practice together, we explore these aspects of ourselves as we travel to the centre of the earth. As we dare to receive her wisdom, so that we can remember just how much we belong.
Lição 7
From Ordinary To Extraordinary
In Day 7 we reflect on how our busy lives - the forward momentum, the judgment, doubt, and blame can make life feel ‘ordinary’ or even boring. We explore the liberating idea that with the power of our attention and intention, life can feel remarkable, full of beauty, and delight. In our practice together, we take an aerial view of our lives and see that it’s possible to make the ordinary everyday moments feel ‘extraordinary’.
Lição 8
Deep Wisdom
In Day 8 we explore the liberating idea that when we stop resisting our pain we are more able to see the small gifts contained within. Gifts in the form of opportunities for greater meaning, wisdom, insight, and belonging. In our practice together, we explore our pain. We welcome it into our awareness and into our lives. To our delight, we learn that when we stop running from our challenges and our hurt, the fear melts away and wisdom rises in its place.

Peace
In Day 9 we explore acceptance as a pathway to peace and belonging. We open to the idea that peace is an energetic vibration that we can call in and also share with the world. In our practice together, we invite peace into our mind, body and heart, so that we can share it with those we love, those who are in danger, and all creatures on planet Earth.
Lição 10
The Four Circles Of Belonging
In Day 10 we celebrate all that you have felt and experienced over the last 10 days. We explore the four circles of belonging and get curious about how each of these could enhance your life. In our practice together, we rest in the energy of belonging and open to receiving its wisdom and insights.
