Aging Gracefully covers four essential topics for getting older -- 1) Understand how to build bone strength 2) Learn how to improve your posture and 3) balance 4) Take your spine through it's healthy ranges of motion. Each lesson is packed with essential lessons and short, gentle movement. This course is realistic and accessible, and offers invaluable information on how to age gracefully!

She was stuck and going through the motions; there was a sense of feeling lost that she couldn't quite describe, but when she found yoga and meditation, she finally came home to herself. Her hope is that these practices help you find that spark!

Bone Strength
Today learn how nerves, muscles, and bones work together. You'll do a couple of strengthening exercises and receive key take-aways on strength building.
Lição 2
Posture Improvement
Learn about how your body will re-shape from the demands you place on it. Practice sitting poorly, then with improved posture, and notice the difference.
Lição 3
Spinal Range of Motion
Today we discuss and practice the spinal ranges of motion. Gentle movement will be done sitting in a chair, with one standing pose.
Lição 4
Balance
The previous lessons culminate here! Learn about your feet and the best ways to create strength and balance, and then practice with a few standing poses.

I am so grateful for this course, as I’m at the end of my tether trying to help my mum. It’s horrible watching her deteriorate every day in front of my eyes and feeling helpless. I know with a little help guidance and encouragement and tiny baby steps she can start strengthening years of sitting, standing and walking badly. I’m very lucky I have access to physios, osteopaths and chiropractors through my work and my private healthcare. I’m just wondering if it would help to see one of these before she actually starts and he exercise so at least some of the information and pain has been relieved. But I’m certainly going to try your recommended exercise exercises. thank you, thank you, thank you...
