I warmly welcome you to this course of 7 wonderful and simple practices to do from Monday to Sunday and create a positive attitude towards your life. How we start our day can influence how we live it. So I invite you to do these practices every morning as you wake up and thus creating an intention for the rest of your day. Our mind usually focuses a lot on the negative, on what we lack or get stuck in worries, judgments, and self-criticism. With these practices, we take advantage of neuroplasticity creating new neural pathways to change the negative dynamics of our mind and learn to be more grateful, appreciate things more, and cultivate a love for ourselves and other people. Developing a positive attitude towards life. This course is for people who have never meditated, as well as for advanced practitioners. I hope you enjoy it and that in some way it helps you improve your life. Namaste.

Lição 1
Monday: Smile
Today, Monday, I propose this simple practice of smiling to cultivate an attitude of kindness, connection and gratitude. Taking the smile to our face and to our heart to expand from there the smile throughout the body, filling every cell, every organ, every muscle and all our Being.. Open ourselves to receive with kindness everything that the day prepares us.

Tuesday: Gratitude
Today, Tuesday, I invite you to cultivate gratitude by directing it towards the greatest things and also towards less significant things but that add magic to our daily lives. If we focus on what we have and are grateful for it, we will radically rebuild our experience by making us more sensitive and more receptive.
Lição 3
Wednesday: Generosity
Today, Wednesday, I propose you to cultivate generosity. Through our breathing we will see what we can nourish ourselves with today and what we can offer to other people and the world around us, finding this balance between inhaling and exhaling, between receiving and giving.
Lição 4
Thursday: See The Good In You and In Others
Today, Thursday, I propose you to do this wonderful practice that helps you see the good in you and in others beyond their roles, their masks, their jobs and their names. Learning to connect with your own inner light and with that of other people.
Lição 5
Friday: Empathetic Joy
Today, Friday, I invite you to practice empathetic joy, learning to feel joy not only for our loved ones but also for other people recognizing that all human beings seek happiness and that we are part of a whole, we are all connected. This practice helps us to work with feelings of envy, jealousy or unhealthy competitiveness.
Lição 6
Saturday: Amazement
Today, Saturday, I invite you to cultivate amazement, seeing the world as a gift and discovering all the magic that is around us. Like babies, we are going to do it by awakening our five senses and developing a very curious attention and without judgment.
Lição 7
Sunday: Unconditional Love
Today, Sunday, I invite you to cultivate unconditional love, the pure love that arises from generosity and does not expect anything in return. I believe that we all have seeds of this love inside us, we just need to water and nourish them so that they sprout and bloom.

Closing
I would like to share with you this wonderful old prayer that I believe, summarizes very well the practices of this course. Thank you very much for joining me during these seven days and if you feel like it, we can meet tomorrow, Monday again. Namaste.
