In this first session, the course is presented, starting with the first pillar: Meditation.
Meditation is an excellent way to stay focused on the present moment, expand our consciousness, and above all, to be aligned with ourselves.

Physical Exercise
In this session we will discuss the second pillar of evolution: physical exercise.
Physical exercise is approached as the basis for an idea of health and energy, because energy is what will mobilize us to do almost everything.

Learning
The third pillar of our course is Learning.
Learning is what will give us the skills to be whoever we want to be, whatever that may be, but also a comprehensive vision of the world in which we live.
A vision of evolution is extremely important.
Lição 4
The Ability To Question Ourselves
In this session, after we have completed the three daily habits that we must adopt consistently (Meditation, physical exercise and learning), we will talk about the importance of questioning things and questioning ourselves.
Lição 5
Adherence To Change
In the final session, we will take the crucial step towards a complete transformation. After realizing that my current path is not taking me where I want to go, I will finally be able to start a new journey. Change is the key to my growth and evolution.
