Good morning.
The purpose of this meditation is to prepare your day.
Put yourself in a comfortable position and try to relax your body.
Gently close your eyes.
However,
If you feel more comfortable,
You can keep them open.
Take a slow and deep first breath,
Then exhale.
Take a second slow and deep breath,
Letting the air out equally slowly and deeply.
Your body should now feel calmer and more relaxed.
Let's start with a moment of gratitude.
Gratitude is a positive way of being in life that helps to ward off all forms of negativity.
We can express gratitude for something important or just a small detail.
Why are you grateful?
Who are you grateful to?
Immerse yourself briefly in your expression of gratitude.
It is the time to ask three important questions.
These questions are important not only today,
But also throughout our lives.
Who am I truly?
Sometimes the answers manifest themselves,
Sometimes they don't.
We have to be patient for the muddle to settle and the waters to be crystal clear.
What makes me feel alive?
What makes me feel truly alive?
The important thing is to ask the questions.
At the right time,
The answers will emerge.
What's important to you?
What is truly important to you?
If you can't answer any of these questions in due time and when you are ready,
You will know the answers.
Focus briefly on what was most relevant to you in the responses.
Let's now make three affirmations that will help you align with your purpose.
I have compassion for all beings,
Especially those around me.
And not forgetting that compassion starts with myself.
I try to learn something new every day,
Being aware that a small step can take me far.
I allow myself to fail and I am aware that if I'm not failing,
It is because I'm not even trying.
Let us remain silent and concentrated only on our breathing.
Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply.
Take a second to slowly open your eyes and gradually return to your normal state of consciousness.
Namaste.
Have a splendid day.
