Good morning.
The purpose of this meditation is to start your day with the inspiration of the dolphin.
Begin by taking three slow deep breaths in and out.
Your body is now calmer and more relaxed.
Dolphins have been revered in various cultures for their spiritual and symbolic qualities.
The dolphin brings us many teachings and inspiration.
Problem solving.
Being able to communicate with a sophisticated language.
Dolphins know how to live in groups,
Creating deep and lasting connections,
Cooperating within their group for the good of the community in various tasks.
Studies show that dolphins have self-awareness and can identify themselves in mirrors.
Next,
We will focus our attention on the sound of dolphins.
This sound was captured by me while freediving with dolphins of Pico Island in the Azores,
Portugal.
And I was able to witness and feel a deep interaction and connection with these magnificent beings.
Concentrate on the sound.
Take three breaths in and out.
