The purpose of this meditation is to ask the questions that will help you start your day aligned with yourself.
Get into a comfortable position,
Gently close your eyes and take three slow and deep breaths in and out.
Your body should be calmer and more relaxed.
Let's begin.
Who am I?
What makes me feel happy?
What makes me feel truly alive?
Sometimes answers come,
Other times they don't.
The important thing is to continue to ask the questions.
What am I grateful for?
Who am I grateful to?
What are my deepest dreams?
What prevents me from walking towards those dreams?
What prevents me from becoming the best version of myself today?
What prevents me from walking towards what I want,
From realizing my vision?
For a few moments,
Reflect on what was most relevant to you during these questions.
Stay silent for a brief moment,
Focusing only on your breathing.
Take three slow and deep breaths in and out.
Calmly open your eyes.
