Transcript

The day comes to an end.

Regardless of how it went,

Here we are,

At its final chapter.

Looking back,

You might recall small gestures,

Conversations,

Events,

Some pleasant,

Others perhaps more challenging.

All of them are now part of your story.

Whatever happened,

The day has completed its journey.

There is nothing left to change or control,

Only to accept that it was the day it was meant to be.

You can acknowledge what you learned,

What you felt,

What you experienced,

And let each experience find its place without taking up too much space.

Life moves forward day by day,

And each one is unique and repeatable.

Today was one of them.

This is the moment to honour what has passed,

To give thanks for what remains,

And to open space for the rest that approaches.

May this pause be like closing a door softly,

Not in a rush,

But with calm.

We leave behind the scenes and the noises of the day,

So that night can embrace us with serenity.

Start by taking a few slower,

Deeper breaths in and out.

Close your eyes if that's comfortable for you.

Your body will begin to feel calmer and more relaxed.

Observe your breathing,

Trying not to interfere with it.

Be aware of the sounds around you.

Bring your attention to the top of your head and move throughout your body down to the tips of your toes,

Identifying sensations in various parts of your body and areas of tension,

And try to relax them.

Continue following your breathing,

Focusing on it.

Thoughts will arise.

Don't pay too much attention to them,

Letting them dissipate like clouds drifting away.

If you become distracted,

Gently return your attention to your breathing.

Take a few slower,

Deeper breaths in and out.

Return your attention to the space around you and make small movements with your hands and feet.

Gently open your eyes if you close them and return to your normal state of awareness.

Namaste.
