Start by placing yourself in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if you wish and take three slow breaths in and out.
Your body should feel calmer and more relaxed.
The vision for your life should be based on gratitude.
So,
Express your gratitude for something,
A small detail or something important in your life.
For a brief moment,
Immerse yourself in the expression of this gratitude.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
What do you truly want for yourself?
Where do you live?
With whom?
What is your home and work like?
How do you feel in this situation?
Imagine a day from waking up.
What is the first thing you see?
How is your morning?
Give it colors,
Smells,
Sensations.
How is your lunch?
Are you alone or with others?
What do you do after lunch?
In the afternoon,
Where are you going to have dinner?
How does it feel to come home at the end of the day?
For a brief moment,
In silence,
Dwell into the most relevant thing that occurred.
To you.
Take three slow,
Deep breaths in and out.
Sometimes,
The future in five years can start tomorrow.
Take a small step in that direction.
