I find it extremely helpful to hear information about the how and the why we are doing meditation. I have been doing this for 7 days now and can honestly say I feel relief from my day to day anxiety. I also seem to have a clearer mind and panic does not immediately set in during moments I am confronted with tasks that are unfamiliar or uncomfortable. I will continue for the next 20 days and check back in!

In this period of recovery the message of peace in the moment is the key to coming to understand my pain in a transitional state. That all addictions ( in all their forms) start and end in pain was eye opening. My thanks for focusing on realizing the end of suffering is within my reach 🙏* my Note: meditation should be a welcome addition for recovery protocols but never a substitute for proper, responsible and effective medical care when dealing with sickness or severe pain.

Excellent explanation and meditation to relieve the anger from your body . There are fellings that confuse me, like sadness and anger . I feel sad when a close family member rejects me and my husband. But this sad feeling is in my body as a silence anger. Thank you for this relieve today ! ✨🙏🏻
