Welcome to this quick reset through breathwork, where we will do a simple breathwork practice to cultivate inner peace and presence. We know that breathing for just 2–3 minutes during your day has a surprising number of benefits for both mind and body. Use this practice at least twice a day as a quick reset: Acts like a mini-meditation you can do anytime—between meetings, before a commute, or anytime.
