This is a deeply insightful and important course in helping to uncover and work on deeply held beliefs that can affect us in the present. I really enjoyed doing the course even though I found some parts tricky but that's what happens when you do deep work. However I was given tried and tested techniques to diffuse these moments. I am very grateful for this course. Thank you so much 🙏🪷💖

Hi Anisha, Yipee, I finally made it to the end!! Yet, I believe the job has just begun. I must say this course has relatively few modules in which I had to do word to word journaling ( the prominent ones being types of REBT and CBT beliefs, eg catostrophizimg, lovingless ) ; top 4 theory sessions and last 4 tactics where ones when I made few short notes to make things simpler. The most no. of notes that I took was in your earlier course in Transforming thoughts by identifying in categories such as Should s, overgeneralization, or emotional reasoning. I literally had to write symptoms and remedies for each bias in that course, and thankfully this course had really fewer notes to write down. But what this course does more is reflection and observation on what seems so obvious to us from so long. Both courses are unique in their own terms and serve very insightful purposes. Not sure if any one can relate to a person in a movie who transforms himself at the end from what he was at start, but that is best example I can think of as one shall learn to apply these tactics on identifying beliefs. I am huge fan of compassion and sincerely feel without being kind to ourselves and others, this transformation is difficult. With a wish that all of us have awareness to see beneath ourselves and wisdom and courage to change and heal those wounded parts to find better version of ourselves at the end. Remember a new avatar awaits at the other end and may we all succeed to find one. Amen and wishing one and all the very best. Regards, Arpit.
