Meet your Teacher

Ana Barreto is an author, transformational teacher, coach, and energy consultant who helps students and clients find balance and peace in their lives through mindfulness. Ana is a Brazilian American with over 35 years of corporate leadership experience working with successful teams backed by a bachelor's degree in business and an MBA. With over 20 years of dedicated study in mindfulness, Ana brings a unique perspective to her teachings. She firmly believes in the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Ana's approach involves delving deep within ourselves and spaces, acknowledging our hidden struggles and fears, and using science and spiritual practices to enhance our everyday lives. This transformative process allows her students to release stagnant energy, upgrade their spaces, and move beyond self-defeating behaviors. Ana has written six books offering personal growth and guidance with a focus on Women, Empowerment, Burnout, and Mindfulness. Her passion is inspiring each student to see their own unlimited potential. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming inner struggles, Ana teaches with compassion for the challenges her students face. She embodies the qualities she aims to cultivate in others.

Lack of Time is at the top of the list for unrealistic stress. In this lesson, you will learn about Timefulness and how you can eliminate the addiction to stress by using some of the principles of Timefulness.

Lesson 6

Principles Of Timefulness

In this lesson, we continue to explore the Principles of Timefulness to improve your mindset. We learn that we cannot "free" time but only ourselves and that we need a better vision to have a healthy relationship with time. Also, there is a short bonus exercise for you to be very clear about your true values.

Lesson 7

The Clarity Meditation

In this lesson, we learn about the last two Principles of Timefulness, which teach a new mindset for people who exchange time for money and improve the commonly used Time Management Skills by introducing "meaning" to what we do. This class also has The Clarity Meditation to bring more mindfulness insights to your life.

Lesson 8

Body Mind Timefulness Practice

In this last class, you learn an easy and simple practice that prevents stress from entering the picture and deterring you from accessing what you learned and using it.
