Birthday Meditation

(Trigger Warning: Track contains references to ancestors and/or departed loved ones) I received this meditation on the morning of my birthday in 2019. The Birthday Meditation invites you to be still and receive personalized divine gifts from your ancestors. These gifts are what you will need for the next 12 months to create the life you envision. The wisdom of your ancestor's lineage will guide and help you break old patterns, and find peace and answers to questions you have been asking.

Birthday Meditation Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday,

Darling!

Birthdays are an essential celebration.

They mark the anniversary of the day you made a big decision.

You decided to come to Earth and start your personal mission.

In this Birthday Meditation,

I will take you to your sacred garden to meet with your ancestors and receive guidance for the next year.

Are you excited to meet them?

They will give you special gifts that will support you,

Guide you,

Inspire you,

And ease your load so you can stay on the path you choose.

Let's start the meditation by setting your intentions to be open to receive.

Take a long,

Deep,

And slow breath.

With each breath,

Relax your scalp and breathe in and breathe out.

Relax your eyes.

Allow your eyelids to rest softly.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Relax your jaw,

The muscles of your face,

And remember to breathe in and breathe out.

Relax your neck.

Let your shoulders drop with each breath.

Relax your upper back and your lower back.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You can also drop your arms.

Relax your hands and fingers.

Relax your torso and hips.

Remember to find a comfortable pattern for your breathing in and breathing out.

Relax your legs.

Let them sink into the floor or whatever surface is supporting you.

Relax your feet and toes.

Take a long and deep breath.

Let everything go.

Imagine a beautiful,

Powerful,

And healing light descending from heaven coming down into the top of your head.

It's a gorgeous,

Bright,

White light.

This is a divine light and will remove any energy or condition that you are ready to release as it travels through your body.

Let the light in.

This light is very good for you.

Enjoy it.

See the light coming down into your head and going down through your body.

The light travels down your neck,

Heart,

Lungs,

Stomach,

Hips,

Legs,

And exiting through your feet and going down,

Down,

Down into the center of the earth.

The light is connecting you with Mother Earth so you can receive your gifts on this special birthday.

We all need to be grounded to manifest our intentions.

This is your time.

In your mind's eyes,

See yourself tying the light to a heavy anchor in the center of the earth.

Feel the energy of Mother Earth.

Take a few breaths and connect with the energy.

Feel the energy of Mother Earth.

It's beautiful.

It's strong.

It's earthy.

Look around and find a door.

What color is the door?

This is the door to your sacred garden.

Walk towards it.

Open the door and go through it.

You are in your beautiful sacred garden.

Look at the playful butterflies and the colorful flowers.

See the birds,

The tall trees,

The soft grass,

The mountains are far.

Smell the freshness in the air.

It makes you feel alive.

This is your sacred garden.

You remember it.

You have been here before.

Welcome back.

Find a place to sit and enjoy your garden.

Soon you'll meet with your ancestors.

Look around and find a clear path leading to the forest.

You know where it is.

Step on the trail.

You are safe.

You can still hear the birds flying above and the soft wind as you walk on the trail.

It's a lovely space.

After a few steps,

You see a clearance in the form of a circle with beautiful tall trees surrounding the space.

Go and sit in the center of the circle.

You are safe.

This is your ancestor's circle.

Take a deep breath and call on seven ancestors to give you your birthday gifts.

See your ancestors one by one coming to the clearance and occupying the space around the circle.

Don't worry if you can't see their faces.

Some of your ancestors are masters and they don't show themselves.

You will feel their presence.

Do not look for relatives that have passed.

It will only slow down the calling.

Let the universe call the right ancestors for you today.

It's your birthday.

These ancestors have been part of your lineage since the beginning of times.

Are you ready to meet with them?

Call your first ancestor.

Ask your ancestor for the gift.

See yourself receiving the first gift.

Ask for the meaning of the gift.

Do you know why you need this gift?

Wait until you hear the answer.

Do not worry about taking notes.

You will remember each gift.

Once you understand the message your ancestor has for you,

Bend your head forward in gratitude.

Now call your next ancestor and ask for the second gift.

See yourself receiving the gift.

Ask your ancestor for the meaning of the gift if you don't know what it means.

Once you understand the meaning of the gift,

Bend your head forward in gratitude.

Ask your next ancestor for the third gift.

See yourself receiving the gift.

Ask your ancestors any question about the gift.

Once you understand the meaning of the gift,

Bend your head forward in gratitude.

Call your next ancestor and ask for the fourth gift.

See yourself receiving it.

Ask your ancestor any question about the gift.

Once you understand the meaning of the gift,

Show your gratitude by bending your head forward.

Call your next ancestor and ask for the fifth gift.

See yourself receiving this lovely gift.

Once you understand what it means,

Ask your ancestor any question you may have about the gift.

Once you understand the meaning of the gift,

Bend your head forward in gratitude.

Call your next ancestor and ask for the sixth gift.

In your mind's eyes,

See yourself receiving it.

If you don't understand the meaning of the gift,

Ask your ancestors.

You may ask multiple questions.

They are here to help you.

Once you fully understand the meaning of the gift,

Bend your head forward in gratitude.

Call on your next ancestor and ask for the seventh gift.

See yourself receiving it.

Do you know the purpose of the gift?

Ask any question about the gift.

Once you understand the meaning of the gift,

Bend your head forward in gratitude.

I also have a gift for you.

I'm offering you a spiritual wheel.

This will support you through the seasons of your life.

Around you,

I place a small bird,

A bowl of water,

A small fire,

And a meaningful stone.

These are my gifts for you for the next 12 months.

I'm offering you a small bird to symbolize a new beginning.

This is your spring and the gift of air.

You will soar.

I'm offering you a golden bowl of water that symbolizes the expansion of your world.

This is your summer and also the gift of water.

Everything that you start will be expanded with this gift.

I'm offering you a small candle to purify all of your thoughts.

This is your fall and the gift of fire.

It will take away all the unnecessary delays.

And at last,

I place around you a beautiful precious stone.

This is the gift of earth to symbolize your grounding in connection with Mother Earth.

This is your winter and will remind you to retreat and slow down when needed.

We are only able to manifest our desires when we are grounded in our space.

Please receive these gifts with love and know that you have been blessed for the next 12 months with everything you need to create your life.
