Meet your Teacher

With over 20 years of studying Transformational Leadership and a dedicated focus on self-empowerment, Ana Barreto is ideally suited to facilitate a journey of insight and healing. As a mindfulness teacher, her approach honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Ana understands that to break limiting patterns, we must tune inward to bring shadow aspects into the light. Her depth of expertise in integrating spiritual practices enables participants to heal stalled energy and reprogram self-sabotaging behaviors. In addition to publishing six books on personal growth topics for women, Ana's calling as a teacher is to champion the unlimited potential of each student. Having learned what she now teaches, she embodies compassion for the struggles faced when suppressed parts of ourselves hold us back from purposeful success. Ana brings over two decades of experience coaching, training business teams, and working with energy to optimize personal growth and workplace performance. A Master's degree in Business and psychology studies and experience working with individuals and teams allows her to guide individuals to increase awareness, take responsibility for their lives, and build the life they intend to live.
