Have you ever heard of EFT and wonder what it is?
EFT is a practice known as Emotional Freedom Technique.
And it was created by Gary Craig.
You tap on different parts of the body.
Which helps to relieve stress,
Anxiety,
Overwhelm.
To help you process emotions.
So you start with a setup statement and tap on the.
Side of the hand along the finger side.
And then you tap different parts of the body.
Around the eye,
Which is almost in the shape of a question mark.
And as you do this,
You repeat different phrases.
So for example,
If you're releasing stress and anxiety,
You might save all this stress and anxiety.
All this stress and anxiety in my body.
And then as you move on,
You might use phrases as.
I choose to let this go.
Usually when you're working on a video or something like that,
We're just working to get the anxiety levels down or the stress levels down.
When you're working on one-to-one with a practitioner,
You might go deeper into that emotion.
So you'll be discovering,
Where did that stress come from?
That particular stress that I'm getting triggered from,
From that event,
Where did that come from?
When did I experience that before?
Was it when I was a child?
Was it an experience I had five years ago?
And then we work through that And then through the tapping,
It really helps to allow you to be less reactive to things.
I used to with a certain person.
I used to get really aggravated by them.
I'd just get wound up no matter how much and how hard I tried.
I tried meditation.
I tried all sorts.
And yes,
It did help,
But not like EFT.
EFT for me was just absolutely transformational.
Because I tapped and realized where this frustration came from.
And then when I was then around that person,
I wasn't getting so triggered and so wound up.
I didn't feel like I was in that frustration.
I felt like I was stepping away,
More looking at it.
So it didn't kind of grab hold of me like it did before.
So I absolutely love EFT.
