Welcome to this Inner Child Tapping.

My name's Sandhya and it's wonderful to be here with you.

I'll guide you point by point with some soothing phrases such as,

I accept all parts of you.

You don't have to prove anything and you've always been enough.

This is a chance to offer comfort to the parts of you that have felt rejected,

Unseen or too much.

It's a chance to connect with your inner child and remember a simple powerful truth,

You are enough just as you are.

So beginning by tapping the side of the hand,

The karate chop point by the little finger side and speaking to your inner child,

Say aloud after me or silently if you prefer,

Even if you felt alone,

Even if you felt not good enough,

I am here with you now,

Even if you felt alone,

Even if you felt not good enough,

I am here with you now,

Even though you felt alone,

Even though you felt not good enough,

I am here with you now.

The inside of the eyebrow,

I am here to remind you.

Eta eyebrow by the temples,

You are enough.

Under the eye,

Exactly as you are.

Under the nose,

I accept all parts of you.

The chin,

You don't have to prove anything.

Collarbone,

You are enough.

Under the arm,

Roughly where the bra strap would be,

And I am here with you.

Top of the head,

I am here to listen.

Inner eyebrow,

You are safe with me now.

Eta eyebrow,

I am here.

Under the eye,

I am staying.

Under the nose,

You are enough.

Chin,

You are not alone.

Collarbone,

I am here.

Under the arm,

And I am staying.

Top of the head,

Take a deep breath in,

And away.

Inner eyebrow,

Deep breath in,

And away.

Side of the eye,

Deep breath in,

And away.

Under the eye,

Deep breath in,

And away.

Under the nose,

You are enough.

The chin,

You are not alone.

Collarbone,

I am listening.

Under the arm,

I love you.

Top of the head,

I am listening,

And I love you.

Take a deep breath in,

And away,
