A slow, immersive yoga nidra practice designed to gently release internal pressure and soften old “have to” patterns. Through body awareness, breath, and root imagery, this practice invites you to untangle what has been held too tightly — without force. You are not uprooting yourself. You are breathing space into what has become tight. This practice was born from the image of an orchid — its roots once tightly bound, now breathing freely in water. If you’d like to hear the story that inspired this meditation, you can find it in my Ordinary Moments collection.
