Meet your Teacher

Frankie P is a Shamanic Minister, meditation guide, and multi-modality healing facilitator with extensive experience supporting nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and embodied transformation. His work blends modern and ancient wisdom, integrating breathwork, somatic awareness, heart-brain coherence, energy healing, and shamanic traditions. With formal training in Reiki (to Grand Master level), Biodynamic and Shamanic Breathwork, and Yoga teaching, Frankie brings depth and grounded clarity to his guidance. Having worked with thousands of people through meditations, courses, and live sessions, Frankie is known for creating safe, calming, and deeply human spaces where transformation unfolds through presence rather than force. Transcendence is the result of years of lived experience, study, and practical application — designed to meet people exactly where they are and gently guide them back to clarity, balance, and inner alignment.
