Frankie P is the creator of transformative meditations designed to guide individuals into deeper states of self-awareness and healing: a meditation guide and lifelong student of self-healing and inner transformation. With a rich background in multiple healing modalities — including Shamanic Practices, Yoga, NLP, Reiki Grand Master, and Somatic Breathwork — Frankie brings together science, soul, and deep presence to guide others home to themselves. Having walked the path of healing and self-discovery firsthand, Frankie believes that the greatest transformation begins with self-compassion and honest inner connection.
