My soul welcomes your soul to a new day.
It's time to set your energy and intentions for this day.
Move into a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
This is the start of your day.
With each breath you are setting the tone for a positive,
Energised day.
Notice the flow of your breath in and out.
Just let it become a little deeper and slower.
As you do so,
Notice your body relaxing.
Your mind becomes open and receptive to positive,
Healthy suggestions.
In this state,
Your mind easily absorbs these positive affirmations.
Helping you feel energised,
Focused and balanced.
Now repeat these affirmations after me,
Silently or aloud.
I am choosing happiness.
I am grateful every day.
I am nourishing my body.
I am mindful of my thoughts.
I am practising kindness.
I am caring for my health.
I am confident and capable.
I am trusting myself.
I am filled with ease and positivity.
Feel them becoming part of your everyday thoughts and actions.
Now bring your attention back to your breath.
As you breathe in,
Imagine drawing in life force energy.
As you breathe out,
Feel that energy filling your whole body.
Breathe in,
Feel your arms and hands tingle with energy.
As you breathe out,
Fill your legs and feet with strength.
As you breathe in,
Energise your chest and back.
Breathe out,
Sending energy through your face and mind.
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Feel the energy in your whole body.
Awake,
Energised.
You are ready for the day ahead.
Your body is relaxed,
Yet fully energised.
Your mind is clear and focused.
Make this your day.
Make this day amazing.
Take a moment to set an intention for today.
Now give gratitude to the universe and for your life on planet earth.
