In this course, you’ll learn: How grounding supports your nervous system, reduces inflammation, and restores your energy. How to use breath, movement, and visualisation to regulate your emotions and feel safe in your body. Ancient and shamanic grounding to align your energy and awaken your connection to the Earth’s rhythm. Each day includes a short talk and a guided grounding practice. On Day 5, we bring together all the teachings with a powerful, extended deepening practice that brings it all together.
