This course is designed to help you reconnect with your body's natural intelligence and the healing wisdom of the Earth. If you’ve been feeling scattered, stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected… grounding can change everything. In this course, you’ll learn: How grounding supports your nervous system, reduces inflammation, and restores your energy. How to use breath, movement, and visualisation to regulate your emotions and feel safe in your body. Ancient and shamanic grounding to align your energy and awaken your connection to the Earth’s rhythm. Each day includes a short talk and a guided grounding practice. On Day 5, we bring together all the teachings with a powerful, extended deepening practice that brings it all together.


Meet your Teacher

Frankie P is an ordained Shamanic Minister, Shamanic Breathwork facilitator, and grounding guide with a lifelong, soul-deep connection to the Earth. From a young age, Frankie instinctively turned to the grounding power of the Earth — walking barefoot, resting under trees, and calming their nervous system long before understanding the science behind it. This innate wisdom has evolved into a mission: to help others reconnect with the healing energy beneath their feet. Through years of spiritual training, earth-based practices, and embodied experience, Frankie now guides others in remembering what their bodies have always known — that grounding is a return to wholeness. Amazing relaxing course. I always put my shoes on when going out side. Not any more where I can I will be barefoot. The feeling I get in my body is addictive in a good way.
