Hi,

Frankie here,

And welcome to this meditation for letting go.

Letting go is a profound act of self care and freedom.

When we release what no longer serves us,

Whether it be limiting beliefs,

Past pain or expectations,

We create space for clarity,

Peace and new possibilities.

Letting go allows us to step into alignment with our true selves,

Embrace the present moment and open our hearts to the flow of life.

If you haven't already,

I invite you to close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale and let it go,

Imagine you're releasing all tension from your body.

Another deep breath in,

And let go.

One more in.

Let go of all tension within.

With every affirmation,

Feel the let go as you repeat them,

Either aloud or in your mind.

Feel a weight lift with each exhale and with each let go.

I let go of thoughts that no longer serve me.

I let go of comparisons to others.

I let go of my negative self-talk.

I let go of my negative self-talk.

I let go of self-doubt.

I let go of the fear of failure.

I let go of my past mistakes.

I let go of the need for perfection.

I let go of resentment.

I let go of limiting beliefs.

I let go of the need to control everything.

I let go of the fear of being judged.

I let go of my insecurities.

I let go of feelings of inadequacy.

I let go of comparing my journey to others.

I let go of the need for constant validation.

I let go of overthinking.

I let go of the fear of the unknown.

I let go of unhealthy attachments.

I let go of guilt that holds me back.

I let go of toxic relationships.

I let go of past pain.

I let go of unrealistic expectations.

I let go of the fear of change.

I let go of procrastination.

I let go of self-criticism.

I let go of the need to rush.

I let go of worry about the future.

I let go of anger that weighs me down.

I let go of the fear of rejection.

I let go of holding on to old stories.

I let go of feelings of lack.

I let go of comparing myself to others.

I let go of fear-based decisions.

I let go of doubt in my abilities.

I let go of needing to prove myself.

I let go of envy.

I let go of being overly critical of others.

I let go of the urge to fix everything.

I let go of distractions that keep me from my purpose.

I let go of over-committing.

I let go of the need to be perfect.

I let go of suppressing my emotions.

I let go of impatience.

I let go of fear around stepping into my power.

I let go of dwelling in the past.

I let go of anxiety.

I let go of anything that no longer is aligned with my higher self.

I let go and I embrace peace.

Now we'll say some affirmations bringing in peace.

I invite peace into my mind.

I welcome calm into my heart.

I allow harmony to flow through me.

I embrace the stillness within.

I choose thoughts that bring me peace.

I choose thoughts that bring me peace.

I fill my heart with gratitude.

I align with the flow of life.

I open myself to unconditional love.

I embody balance and ease.

I am at peace with myself and the world.

Now take a deep breath in,

Filling yourself with love,

Peace and calm.

And as you exhale,

Letting go of all the things you don't need.

All the negative self-talk.

All the feelings that are not needed for your highest good.

Take this release and take this peace into your day.

And remember,

If things are coming up,

You can do this meditation anytime.
