Each track focuses on a specific layer of relaxation: * Understanding the science of letting go * Softening the body and releasing physical tension * Using the breath as a bridge to calm * Meeting emotions with kindness and ease * Quieting the busy mind * Balancing your inner energy field * Preparing for deep, healing sleep * And finally, integrating everything into daily life with grace and gratitude. You’ll also receive practical tools to carry into your day — micro-moments of calm, mindful rituals, and self-care practices that help transform relaxation from something you do into something you live.
