No matter the lesson or session, I am always able to center myself and stabilize my anxiety, anger, fear, or feelings unworthiness with the help and guidance of Yogi Bryan. These truly allow me to take up space where my stronger self is able to come forward.

I give this guided meditation full marks, because it is very effective at what it does, but I wanted to leave some thoughts on what it does and doesn't do to help guide people in what they are looking for. This session is very somatic (body-based), and visualization-heavy. If you struggle with those, it may not be for you. It is very good for taking lingering or chronic sadness and transforming it into gratitude, providing relief for those who are suffering day to day. It's less effective for grief or particularized sadness, where you might need to sit with your feelings and allow them to move through you. It's great at removing sadness, not necessarily working through grief. Be well 💙

Very calming and relaxing meditation! This practice helped me slow down and breathe feeling more grounded! I was able to let go and allow my body to soften! Feeling very relaxed afterwards!

I made a joke to a friend the other day that I've just always been in a constant state of stress, so I'm used to it. Almost as quickly as I said it, I realized it wasn't a joke. It's my reality. So I started leaning into my tools like yoga, meditation, and breathwork again which have been helpful. I've been following Yogi Bryan for years on IG, and I have always loved his vibe on there. So I'm eternally grateful that he also offers meditations here. As I've gotten back into using Insight Timer consistently again, I have found he has a meditation for every topic I've needed each day. Which is wonderful because his voice is smooth and so calming. It's easy to fall into that meditative stage quickly and get the most out of each experience. Thank you for being you and sharing your gifts with the world, Yogi Bryan!
