Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
Maybe your favorite spot.
Sitting on a chair,
Sitting on the floor,
Maybe on a yoga mat or a meditation cushion,
Or you can lay down on your back.
Finding a spot where your body can be still.
And whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Bring your awareness to the space,
To your room,
To your environment.
Any sounds in your environment,
Just relax you even more and more.
Allowing yourself to arrive.
Your mind might be all over the place and that's okay.
Allow yourself to settle and allow yourself to breathe.
Noticing the breath,
Feeling the breath and noticing how your breath feels.
And allowing your breath to smooth out all on its own.
Clearing away any to-do lists you have for your day.
And wiping clean any expectations you have for your day.
All you have to do is breathe,
Inhale and exhale.
Allowing yourself to arrive to the present moment.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I want you to think of everything you're grateful for.
Allowing yourself to be in the moment.
Allowing yourself to be in the moment.
Allowing yourself to be in the moment.
I want you to think of everything you're grateful for.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I want you to think of all the people,
All the things you're grateful for.
And if it's one of those mornings where you just can't think of anything you're grateful for,
Be grateful for your breath.
Be grateful for the breath,
The inhale and the exhale.
Not yet,
But in just a moment.
I'll give you time to go through your gratitude list.
Every single thing you can think of that you're grateful for.
I want you to see it in your mind's eye.
I want you to feel it.
And I want you to notice where in the body you feel this gratitude.
Where in the body you feel this sensation.
Now think of all the things you're grateful for right now.
I'll give you three minutes.
Every single thing you're grateful for.
See it,
Feel it.
Notice the sensation.
Notice where it's coming from in the body.
Notice where it's coming from in the body.
Notice where it's coming from in the body.
Notice where it's coming from in the body.
Notice where it's coming from in the body.
Notice where it's coming from in the body.
See in this gratitude,
Feeling this gratitude.
Notice the sensation in your body.
Where is this gratitude coming from in your body?
Pinpoint the sensation,
Feel the sensation,
Maybe point to it.
Where in the body do you feel this gratitude?
Your gratitude list.
All the things you're grateful for.
Now see a color coming from the body where you're feeling this gratitude.
Any color,
First color you see in your mind's eye.
See this color,
Feel this color.
And notice this color coming from the part of the body you feel this gratitude.
And notice this color coming from the part of the body you feel this gratitude.
Some people feel that this color is warm and tingling.
Notice the sensation,
Notice how this color feels in your body.
Now take this color and wrap it around your toes.
Swirl it around your toes.
You might feel a sensation in your toes,
Might feel tingling,
Warm.
Notice a sensation,
Swirl this color around your toes.
And now work it up your feet,
Tops of the feet,
Bottom of the feet.
Spiral this color,
Swirl this color.
Is the color getting brighter?
Spiral it around your ankles,
Up your legs,
Around your knees.
Up the thighs,
Around the thighs,
Around the hips.
Fingertips,
Swirl this energy,
This color around your fingertips,
Around your hands,
Top of the hands,
Palm of the hands,
Around the wrists.
Up the arms,
Around the torso,
To the top of the arms,
Shoulders,
Around the chest,
Around the back.
Swirl this energy,
Spiral this energy,
This gratitude,
Feel it in your body.
Up the neck,
Around the throat,
Around the back of the head,
Into the face,
Into the cheeks,
The tip of the nose,
The eyes,
The eyelids,
Brow line,
Forehead,
Crown of the head.
Fill this whole energy,
This gratitude,
All throughout your body,
From the base of the spine all the way to your head.
And allow this gratitude to shoot out the crown of your head,
Straight to the center of the universe,
Straight to the source,
Straight to the creator.
Fill this gratitude,
Soak up this gratitude,
And send it out to the center of the universe.
Fill in the sensations,
Fill in the body,
Fill in this gratitude surrounding the body,
Fill the sensations,
Soak it up,
Fill it up.
And you might even start to smile.
And knowing you can take this feeling,
Take this gratitude,
Take this sensation all throughout your day.
Attitude of gratitude.
Soaking up in your body,
In every cell,
In every muscle fiber in your body,
Every single bone,
Fill in this sensation,
Fill in this gratitude.
You can remain here as long as you like.
