Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable place.
You can lie down on your bed.
You may fall asleep or maybe lay down on a couch or on the floor.
Maybe a blanket over your body.
Your body temperature will fall slightly so you might get a little cold.
Grab a blanket,
Get comfortable and when you do,
Just allow the eyes to close and bring your awareness to your breath.
You're inviting your mind to the present moment because your mind might be all over the place.
Maybe you're thinking about yesterday or thinking about tomorrow or maybe you have expectations of what you want to get out of this meditation.
If that's all okay because you're listening to this meditation,
You're taking time for you and slowly but surely your mind will relax and your mind will come back to the present moment,
Back to your breath.
So there's nothing to do or control.
You can clear any expectations for your day or for your meditation because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
You can relax your conscious mind and you can stop striving to listen.
You don't have to listen carefully.
You can just listen as you hear my voice and you relax your conscious mind because your unconscious mind will hear everything it needs to hear.
Just like your unconscious mind keeps your heartbeat going and just like your unconscious mind keeps you breathing without you even trying.
So you can relax your conscious mind and let your conscious mind let go and listening to the sound of my voice as you breathe in and out and you start to notice your whole body is relaxing even more.
And you start to notice all those cares and all those worries and all those frustrations are slowly fading away.
Focusing on your inhale and your exhale.
Such a gift to breathe.
Such a blessing.
So much gratitude here for your breath.
Send your breath all the gratitude.
All the gratitude on the inhale and the exhale.
Just breathe.
I'll give you some time to just breathe and settle.
And the exhale.
Just breathe.
I'll give you some time to just breathe and settle.
And so when you start to notice your breath is smoothing out all on its own.
Slow and steady,
Nice and smooth.
Your mind is starting to relax.
I want you to tell your mind to relax.
Tell yourself,
I will relax.
I will relax.
You start to feel the body sink deeper and deeper.
You feel the body heavier and heavier.
I want you to bring your attention to your entire body.
Feel your body.
Feel the fingertips,
The hands,
Tips of the toes,
The feet,
The crown of the head,
Around the back of the head to the ears and your jaw relaxes.
And your face relaxes.
All that tension is melting off your face.
Your eyelids relax.
All those tiny muscles in your eyelids relax even more and more.
Your throat relaxes.
The shoulders relax.
Your awareness to the spine all the way up,
All the way down.
Your spine relaxes.
Your whole nervous system relaxing.
It's quieter and quieter.
The whole body relaxes and you feel a wave of relaxation throughout your body.
All the way from your toes to the top of your head,
All the way up and all the way down.
You sink deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.
So relaxed you don't even realize you're breathing.
Some people feel a tingling in their hands and their feet.
And this tingling may move all throughout the body.
So relaxed.
So relaxed.
So relaxed.
So relaxed.
So steady.
So relaxed.
So smooth.
So steady.
So steady.
Absinthe flows.
Just like waves in the ocean.
The waves form then they crash against the shore.
They go in and they go out.
Just like the breath in and out.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Each and every breath you take,
You flood the body with relaxation.
Every single cell in the body,
Every single muscle fiber relaxes even more and more.
You feel 10 times relaxed.
So now say in the mantra to yourself on the inhale I am and on the exhale love.
Inhale I am.
Exhale love.
Inhale I am.
Exhale love.
Keep saying this mantra to yourself over and over and over again.
We'll give you some time.
Over and over and over again.
We'll give you some time.
Inhale I am.
Inhale I am.
Exhale love.
This is illness love in your entire body.
Every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber full of love,
Of unconditional love because you're exactly where you need to be and you're enough exactly how you are and you're loved unconditionally.
Unconditional love and you feel this.
You can send it out to the world.
Each and every person today you see,
Each and every person you meet,
They'll feel this love,
They'll sense this love and you'll attract love because you are love and you are whole and you're exactly where you need to be.
You can remain here as long as you like.
Have a wonderful day.
Much love and gratitude your way.
Namaste.
