Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian Find your comfortable spot your comfortable space a place where your body can be still And whenever you find your place Allow your eyes to gently close Bring in your awareness to your breath Allowing yourself to arrive And giving yourself time to settle Giving yourself permission to arrive to the present moment Giving yourself permission to relax And clearing away any expectations for your meditation And clearing away any to-do lists for your day All you have to do is breathe Bring in your attention bring in your awareness to your breath Noticing the inhale and the exhale And let yourself be the observer of your breath Breathing your natural breath Nothing to do or control with your breath Allow your breath to be natural And your body knows what to do So allow your conscious mind to relax Allow your conscious mind to let go And as your conscious mind lets go your breath will automatically smooth out And you start to notice your breath has smoothed out all on its own And as your breath has smoothed out you notice your body relaxing more and more And any of that tension in the body starts to melt away Now take a scan of your body all the way from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes Scanning the body Finding any tension in the body and send your breath to that tension Send that smooth breath to that tension And it will automatically smooth out the body and melt away the tension And soon you'll notice your body is so relaxed And as your body relaxes you begin to notice your mind is relaxed You begin to notice your mind is in the present moment And you begin to notice you barely can feel your breathing Because your body and mind are so relaxed And you start to realize you're exactly where you need to be Right here,
Right now I'm going to say a mantra and just listen to the mantra Nothing to do or control with this mantra Just listen at first and then you'll start to repeat it silently to yourself The mantra is I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough Now start to silently say this to yourself with me I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough Keep repeating this to yourself silently as you breathe Keep repeating this to yourself silently as you breathe Keep repeating this to yourself silently as you breathe I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough Allow that mantra to fade away but allow it to sink deep into your heart space So no longer needing to say it,
But it's downloaded in the heart space here for you all throughout your day Like a computer program working in the background I am loved,
I am worthy,
I am enough You're exactly where you need to be You can remain here as long as you'd like Have a wonderful day Namaste
