Don't overthink it.

And once you find that place,
Easily and naturally close your eyes.
Close your eyes and just arrive.
Clear away any to-do list for your day.
Clear away any expectations for your day.
Because you're giving this time right now for you.
And this time right now is the only time that matters.
And right now,
All you're doing is settling.
Just like a pebble in the pond,
The ripples slowly,
Easily smooth out.
And that's what you're doing right now.
The ripples are smoothing out.
You're arriving.
Settling.
Softening.
And give yourself permission to soften.
Give yourself permission to settle.
Give yourself permission to surrender to the flow of your breathing.
Nothing to do or control with your breath.
Just notice it.
Observe it.
Be the witness to it.
In just a moment,
