Find a comfortable place,
A comfortable position,
Either lying on your back or seated.
Don't overthink it because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
That's it.
Just breathe and listen and maybe,
Just maybe,
You begin to notice your breathing slowing down,
Your body getting heavier,
And your thoughts are beginning to fade into the background.
But whatever happens for you,
It's all happening perfectly because you're exactly where you need to be.
Yes,
You are.
And now,
Take a slow,
Easy inhale and exhale like you're clearing away a to-do list and the expectations.
Each breath wipes away another word on the chalkboard,
Another worry,
Another what-if.
Erase that chalkboard.
Clear away all the to-do list now.
And as your mind clears,
Space opens.
And as space opens,
Your mind clears even more.
The quietness begins to expand and you can already sense somewhere deep inside that something new is about to begin.
Not yet,
But soon,
You'll begin to imagine a vast control room,
The inner command center of your mind.
And maybe you can already start to sense it.
Faint lights flickering somewhere in the distance,
The quiet hum of energy waiting for direction.
Not yet,
But soon,
You'll find yourself standing there,
Surrounded by soft glowing panels,
Rows of switches,
Dials,
Levers.
Each one connected to a part of your inner world.
You don't have to see it clearly yet.
You can just allow the idea to begin forming,
Like a dream you're slowly remembering.
Not yet,
But soon,
You'll feel your hand resting on the main console,
The place where every thought,
Every emotion,
Every pattern is powered.
And now,
Because you've already begun to relax so deeply,
The image starts to sharpen.
You can almost feel the warmth of the lights,
The vibration in the floor,
The soft pulse of power surrounding you.
And just take another breath in,
And as you exhale,
Step fully inside.
And now,
You are standing inside the control room of your mind,
Your personal power plant.
Here,
Every thought is an electrical signal,
Every emotion is a frequency,
And you are the engineer.
And you see rows of glowing switches.
Some are humming so loud,
And those are labeled worry,
Overthinking,
The what-ifs.
You can almost feel their static buzzing through your chest.
And now,
You can begin to turn them down.
Start with the switch marked overthinking.
Your hand finds it easily.
Turn it down.
And as the number is lower,
The mental noise begins to fade.
Now,
The one marked self-criticism.
Click off.
Future worry.
Turn it off.
You might even hear the sound of silence returning.
Every system that doesn't serve you powers down now.
Every switch you turn restores energy to calm.
And the deeper the room quiets,
The deeper you drop.
And now,
Look towards the golden side of the panel.
The section that glows with steady light.
These are your good controls.
The first is labeled relaxation.
Turn that dial up,
And feel your body respond immediately.
The warmth spreading through your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your chest.
Because when relaxation rises,
Peace follows.
Next,
The confidence regulator.
Turn it gently to 5,
Then 6,
Then 7.
Feel your posture shift,
Your breath deepen,
Your nervous system remembering safety.
And finally,
Your master switch.
Gratitude and peace.
Turn it all the way up.
And as you do,
Golden light floods the entire control room.
Every circuit in your body hums with harmony.
Because you've done it,
The systems are balanced.
The noise is gone.
Notice it now.
The quiet peace.
The balance.
From now on,
Every deep breath you take automatically resets this control room.
When you inhale,
The calm dials rise.
When you exhale,
The noise switches off.
It happens naturally.
Because your subconscious now remembers how.
My thoughts obey my peace.
My calm controls the current of my mind.

Rewiring your brain to default to silence,

Because you are the engineer of your inner world.
You choose what powers on.
You choose what powers down.
And your peace is permanent.
