Because when you slow down, You open the door to everything you've been searching for. And not yet, But very soon, You'll notice softness spreading from your heart, To your belly, To your thighs. Because you were made to feel this. This rest. This return. This remembering. You might realize now that the sound of my voice, The shapes inside the words, And the tone allow you to drop even deeper. And as you hear each word, There's a part of you that already knows how to relax. It's like a still pond. In your breath is the moon, Rippling into stillness. That's right. You don't even need to try. Because trying is tension. And you're already letting go. It's already happening. Your body is already letting go. Because all you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice. That's it. A part of you listens consciously.
