Namaste.
Make yourself absolutely comfortable,
Whether you're sitting on a chair,
On the floor,
Or lying down.
Gently close your eyes and take a second to notice how you're feeling in your body.
Beginning at the top of your head,
Slowly moving down to your toes.
Making sure that whatever position your body is in is absolutely comfortable and supported.
Take a few slow,
Deep,
Relaxing breaths.
As you keep breathing deeply,
Moving into a deeper state of relaxation.
Silently,
We'll repeat each line that I say,
Concentrating on the body part that I mentioned.
And notice what happens without expecting or judging the body part or any sensations that you might feel rise to the surface.
We'll begin by repeating in your mind,
My right arm is heavy,
My left arm is heavy,
Both of my arms are heavy,
My right leg is heavy,
My left leg is heavy,
Both of my legs are heavy,
My arms and legs are heavy,
My right arm is warm,
My left arm is warm,
Both of my arms are warm,
My right leg is warm,
My left leg is warm,
Both of my legs are warm,
My arms and legs are warm,
My right arm is heavy and warm,
My left arm is heavy and warm,
Both of my arms are heavy and warm,
Both of my legs are heavy and warm,
My arms and legs are heavy and warm,
It breathes me,
My heartbeat is calm and regular,
My right arm is heavy and warm,
My left arm is heavy and warm,
My arms and legs are heavy and warm,
It breathes me,
My heartbeat is calm and regular,
My solar plexus is warm,
My right arm is heavy and warm,
My left arm is heavy and warm,
My arms and legs are heavy and warm,
My heartbeat is calm and regular,
My solar plexus is warm,

My forehead is cool,
When I open my eyes I will feel refreshed and alert,
Whenever you're ready open your eyes,
Take a few deep breaths,
Stretch and flex your arms,
Flex your toes and have a wonderful day.
