Welcome to the Spirit Guide meditation.
Once you feel like you're in a safe place where you're able to relax into your breath,
Be comfortable,
Alert,
Attentive,
And relaxed.
Please gently close your eyes.
Before we begin,
Allow yourself to take a moment to ask the universe for guidance,
Safety,
And direction.
Allow yourself to be guided by the universe.
Take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths so that your heartbeat slows down and allows you to draw inward.
Allow your breath to take you into a deeper state of stillness.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to release all the tension from your body so that you're left feeling completely relaxed and peaceful and your mind calm.
Allow yourself to be guided by the universe.
For the next part,
Visualize yourself,
Visualize yourself surrounded in a gold shimmering aura,
A powerful energy surrounding your body growing with each breath,
Becoming stronger with each incoming breath and releasing all the negative thoughts on each outgoing breath.
Allow the thought that you would like to make contact with your spirit guide,
Meeting them in a place that is safe and peaceful for you.
Formulate in your mind how you think your spirit guide might appear and pose to you whatever questions,
Requests,
Or maybe just thank them.
The response may not be immediate and may take a few days to trickle from your subconscious into your conscious mind.
Either way,
The energy of your thought vibrates throughout the universe.
When you feel ready,
Thank your spirit guide for helping and spending time with you and once you bid your farewells,
Gently arise from your meditation whenever you feel ready.
