If you're feeling stressed,
Nervous,
Anxious or worried,
You have come to the right guided breath meditation.
We're going to alleviate all the stress by taking 3D breaths in from the nostrils for the count of 4 seconds,
Holding the breath to the count of 5 seconds,
And exhaling from the mouth for the count of 6 to 8 seconds.
Please use my instructions as a guide,
But be comfortable with your breath.
As we practice over time,
Breath control gets a lot easier.
We'll start with inhale deeply,
Hold your breath,
Exhale slowly with control from the mouth.
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
Exhale slowly.
Inhale deeply,
Hold,
Exhale slowly.
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale slowly with control,
Releasing all that stress,
Anxiety,
Worry from the body.
And just resume your natural breath.
