I was feeling overstimulated from too much screen time, and was having a hard time settling. Even with movement and breath work. This was perfect. Thank you 🙏🏿

One of the loveliest yoga nidras I have ever heard. I loved how soothingly you took the time to first lead me into a deeper and more relaxed state, and I found your pacing to be perfect for what followed. And of course your voice was made for this kind of work. A definite keeper! Thank you.

It was really great to start a somatic meditation softly, as a trauma survivor I naturally avoid feeling my own body so I need a slower approach to something somatic and this was definitely a great meditation for me! Thank you!
