This course is highly experiential, with the goal of deepening your understandings of how the practice benefits your mind, body, and spirit. I use a transpersonal lens during these guided practices and lessons. In each lesson I go over a different element to explore, and the last lesson is an abbreviated, but full, yoga nidra. You will leave with a better understanding of how this practice works, and with a better felt sense of what may be happening in your body/mind. These practices are centered around present-moment awareness, which has both scientific and mystical implications. We will cover some of the subtle energies in and around your body as well. This is helpful if you struggle with anxiety, as it creates a space for stuck energy to move through you rather than getting stuck somewhere. If you have insomnia, this could change your relationship to sleep and rest, and if you are a seeker, than this is definitely for you. I hope it leads you towards deeper awareness and fuller embodiment of your spirit.
