Introduction To Sleep

Welcome to this course on Waking with Peace. It is my honor to share 7 days of waking with you. You will learn why it is important to wake in certain way and how to create new cycles in your life. Start with 5 minutes a day you will change the course of your life. If you would like these 7 days can be replayed for you so that you can continue to keep the morning ritual as part of your daily routine.

Wake With Me

5 minutes is all it takes to change your life. Wake with me every day for 30 days and you will the difference you will see that cycles of good will come to you. The first session will set the stage for what we will do every day. I will keep this same rhythm of the 5 minutes so that you can feel the change in your body without feeling the steps. Welcome to a new you.

Pray And Let Go

Good Morning! Start your day with a prayer. Treat you first moments like walking into a temple. Start to observe the breath and slow down. Scan the body and let go of any tensions. Then Lift from the bed with a smile and laughter filling your day! Bom Dia .

Feel Gratefulness And Exhale

We start the day with gratefulness and we feel an exhale through the throat. Hmmm a bit and wake up this energy center. Then journey within and feel the connect to earth. Just a simple human being walking into the day.

Self Love. Deep Hug, Smiles And Grace!

So beautiful we made it to day 4 together. I hope that today you feel the self love that should be given to ourselves every day. We walk into this day with a deep hug of self and smile on our face. We face the world with grace and love.

Wake Up With The Elements

We bring in the elements to our body for awakening and healing. This track is a bit longer than 5 minutes but it is worth it to wake up with the awareness of the elements. Enjoy and I wish you a wonderful day ahead.

Breathing Technique And Diving Into Love

We are going to spend some time focusing on the breath and just letting the moment become present. We then will dive into the heart for an opening and start our day with love. We have only one more day left and then you can start again, but what is your favorite way so far to wake up? A short track to end the course. Final words of encouragement to keep the cycle in your life of waking with peace. Find times during the rest of your mid-day and before going to bed and create ritual around these times so that you connect with your own awareness. I wish you so much love and peace.
