Good morning What a blessing to wake up.

Keep the eyes closed for a moment and fill the entire body with healing light Scanning starting at the toes Feeling healing light coming in through the soles of the feet as we Pull the energy up over the legs Deep into the bones We feel healing energy rising up through our pelvis Filling the upper body Arms Feeling healing Golden light coming in through the hands Going all the way down the arms back Feeling the head full of healing light Seeing now on the center of the chest Picking the love from your heart and Stretching it all the way to a loved one or loved people Feeling love energy go from your heart outwards Feel complete gratitude and love Towards someone who you may be holding anger for Feel the cord of love And feel that love shining back from that person or people to your heart Letting go of any Anger left in you feeling the heart center and love Shining out to all sentient beings Feeling that love coming back from sentient beings to your heart Resting in gratitude for this day this moment Rolling on to the side Leaving behind the past Directing your body towards the future Slowly pushing yourself up Placing the feet on the floor Bringing the hands to place above the heart one hand on top of the other Feeling the feet Heavy on the floor Begin to deepen the breath With each inhale and exhale You're focusing only on the sensation on the connection of your feet to the floor If your mind wanders Bring it back to that connection This may be the slowest thing that you do today Notice your entire body As you walk With your hands on your heart Heart driven into the day The first step that you take Make it with a Vow of how you live with love and focus in your life Have a wonderful day
