Closing the eyes and taking these deep breaths to connect us into this moment now.
Leaving behind what's happened up until this moment,
Leaving ahead whatever's going to happen next.
Feeling deep relaxation as we scan the body to see if there's any stuck or held feelings or emotions.
So noticing the top of the head,
Noticing the eyes in their sockets,
The nose,
Noticing the ears,
The jaw,
Swallowing and allowing the saliva to relax the throat,
Feeling the back of the head just relax.
Check into the brain and feel if there's any synapses that could just relax and let go.
Relaxing the shoulders,
The entire spine,
Feeling the elbows and hands,
Allowing the palms to face upward to receive energy,
Feeling the hips,
The knees,
And the ankles.
Noticing the bottom of the feet,
Just scanning the body to see if there's anything stuck in the abdomen,
In the lung area.
And as we allow the physical to melt,
We notice how grounded and rooted we can become by noticing the first energy center which is below the pelvis.
You can imagine a wheel that spins,
Spins to the right clockwise,
Or you can imagine a lotus petal,
A red lotus petal.
This energy expands and opens as we grow our tailbone down through this energy center,
Down through the floor.
Feel this energetic pool that goes all the way down to the earth.
Feel the dirt.
You can feel this energy,
This tailbone,
Driving all the way through the dirt,
Through the rocks,
Through the worms,
Into the mineral kingdom,
Through the minerals,
Through all the crystals,
Down into the center of the earth where it's red hot.
And as we inhale,
We can pull up the energy of the top root into our first energy center that lotus flower,
The wheel that spins below you.
And as you exhale,
You just kind of open and release that energy center.
But then when you inhale,
You pull the energy back up.
And as you pull the energy up,
You can notice other roots growing from the top root.
You can notice the roots going all the way out to the left,
To the right,
To the front,
To the back.
You can just feel completely rooted,
Grounded at one and at peace.
And then we float up to the second energy center,
The womb space around the pelvis.
This has an energy of orange.
And it's an energy center that's just a ball of creativity.
And this this energy center is open.
It's free.
It's working.
It's creative.
It's the blossoms of the flowers.
It's the new branches of the leaves.
It's springtime in this energy center.
Then we come up to the third energy center.
This is the solar plexus.
It is the area that is the element of fire.
You can feel this wheel kind of spinning of bright yellow,
Like the sun.
It's located in this digestive system.
And it allows you to have open and clear goals.
So as we see this energy,
This yellow sun-like energy center,
Let's open this like you're opening a black hole almost of your energy in your third center.
And as you open it,
You can bring in fire into this third source.
So you can just kind of pull the element of fire from outside of your body into this third energy center.
And as you pull it in,
You feel that fire burning within it.
And it is very good for health and accomplishment to grow the fire in this energy center.
So as we grow it,
We then bring it out.
So bring that fire out.
And as you bring it out,
You open to the confidence of this divine timing that we live in.
And as you bring the fire back into your third energy center,
You fill your entire body with this sun-like energy,
This bright,
Healing,
Confident,
Accomplished energy,
Filling your entire body,
Going out through your toes,
Your fingertips,
The top of your head,
Out through your nostrils.
Just feel this full energy around you spiraling out of your third chakra and then spiraling back into it.
So you create this vortex of energy going out like fire and coming in like fire.
You breathe out your confidence and you breathe in the commitment to the divine timing.
You breathe out through this energy center and you feel power and availability and openness.
And as you breathe in,
You just feel that energy.
And then relax again into the seat.
Bring that third energy chakra closer to your body.
Look into that third chakra,
That third energy center,
And almost like it's a mirror,
Notice your face.
Look at your face through the mirror of the third chakra.
See beauty,
Grace in your face.
See confidence,
Intuition,
Knowingness,
Integration.
See that as you look at yourself.
And then you can turn the mirror around as it looks into your third chakra.
So you feel like you can now see inside it.
And as you shine the light inside it,
You notice that there are cords that are attached still to the outside.
And you're just going to use your energy to just clear them with ease.
They fall,
They drop.
And think of any dilemma,
Think of any problem that could be associated to this lack of confidence.
And just cut them,
Cut the cords,
Cut the unworthiness,
Cut that unknowing feeling.
Just cut them all away until you feel like your center is whole.
And you'll know when it's whole because your body will feel completely calm and relaxed.
And drop your shoulders,
Unclench your draw,
Let your forehead just melt.
As you notice the heart,
As you open the heart,
As you allow for love and compassion to come flowing in.
Just repeat the words love and compassion over and over.
As you feel love pouring in from me,
From all the lovers out there.
Just feel love.
And then shine that love back out.
Notice if there's someone that comes to mind or past loves or people that you've been angry with or people that have frustrated you with or people that just make you feel loved back.
Just shine love to whoever comes to you at this moment.
And let go of any anxiousness when it comes to love.
Just let it go.
Let it spiral out of you.
And then bring that love back into the heart.
And literally,
If you can,
Move your left hand and bring it to your right shoulder.
And then bring your left hand and bring it to your right shoulder.
So cross your arms if I didn't say that correctly.
And try to grab on to your shoulders and give yourself a hug.
What does it feel like to hug yourself?
You can even tuck your chin a little bit,
Drop down into that hug.
Feel complete love and what it feels like to be hugged by yourself.
Let it go.
Take a few deep breaths in.
Maybe.
Another deep breath in.
And ah,
One more deep hug.
Let the arms just float back down to the lap or to the floor,
To wherever you are.
And then just check with the body again.
Let's integrate back into self by saying the word integrate.
And just feel yourself coming back to the physical.
We'll say it three times.
Integrate,
Integrate,
Integrate.
And feel your toes and your fingers moving.
Feel your nose twitching.
You can even shake your shoulders off a little bit.
And then when you're ready,
Think of a word that you can keep with you before opening your eyes.
What word comes to you?
What really stuck with you today?
And then when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
