For When Life Gets Too Much
When the pace of life feels relentless... when the noise of the world seeps into your bones... when your shoulders feel heavy from carrying so much far… this journey is your pause. This journey takes you away from the whole world, so you can step into a place inside yourself where the world cannot reach you. You’ll be guided beyond the noise to an infinite sanctuary within your imagination… a crystal-walled room where the whole universe stretches out around you, where a single chair waits to hold you the way you most need to be held, and where the stars themselves have something to tell you. Let this be the moment you soften, exhale, and come back to yourself.

Welcome.
This audio healing journey is for the moments in life when everything feels too much.
The pace of life,
The noise of it,
The pressure of existing in a world that never stops.
Your mind is always racing to keep up,
But it can't.
Your chest feels tight as if all the unspoken things you've pushed down are pressing inwards and suffocating you.
Your shoulders ache under the invisible load of everything you've been carrying.
And maybe lately you've been thinking,
Why am I doing this?
If that's you,
Then you are exactly where you need to be.
This isn't a journey to fix yourself.
This isn't me telling you what to do next.
This is a deep and powerful pause.
A moment where you leave the whole world behind.
Because there's a place you can go inside of yourself.
A place that lives inside your imagination.
Where none of the noise of life can touch you.
Where the world's pressure and chaos cannot reach you.
A place where you can stop and retrieve yourself.
Tap back into your beingness.
A place where you can rest completely.
So let yourself completely soften now.
If your eyes aren't closed,
I invite you to close them now.
And let go of the outer world.
Feel the world that happens outside of you blur and fade away.
Because you're about to step away from all of it.
Before you go,
You have to make some space inside yourself first.
So please breathe in slowly and deeply.
And as you breathe out,
Let the pressure of life slide off your chest.
Another breath in,
And this time exhale the stories your mind has been looping over and over again.
Let it all go now.
Another breath even slower and deeper.
And on the exhale let go of every demand,
Every should,
And everything on your list of things to get done.
Keep breathing deeply.
Inhale the tension sitting like stone between your shoulder blades.
And exhale it out of you.
Inhale the pressure to be everything for everyone.
And breathe it all out of you.
One more time.
A deep long inhale.
Gather up the idea that you must control what happens next and breathe it out of you.
The place you're about to go with me has no space for all of that unnecessary weight.
Now using your beautiful and powerful imagination.
I'd like you to find yourself standing in front of two enormous wooden doors.
They're carved from dark ancient wood.
Etched with intricate patterns from another world.
Another dimension.
Swirls and constellations,
Waves and lines that seem to move as you look at them.
You lift your hand to touch the wood of these doors and immediately you feel a vibration.
A warm easy vibration of peace.
And the moment your palm presses flat on the wood the doors gently open for you.
As if they've been waiting for you.
And you step through into a room with walls made of thick crystal clear glass.
Stillness immediately greets you like an old friend.
It's quiet here but not completely silent.
There's a hum.
Faint but present.
Like the quiet breath of the infinite universe.
The floor beneath your feet is smooth polished wood.
It feels grounding against your bare skin.
The walls are not ordinary glass.
This glass is so clear it's like it's not even there.
Through these glass walls you don't see streets or skies or rooftops.
You see the whole entire universe.
Everything.
Galaxies swirl like ink in water.
Stars spill like handfuls of diamonds across black velvet.
And in the distance so far away you can hardly see it.
So tiny and so small is the earth floating.
A blue and green marble floating in an endless dark.
And you feel your attachment to the world instantly melt.
You feel everything loosen and relax inside you.
Because from here you can't hear any of the chaos and noise of the world.
There is one single chair in this room and nothing else.
It's the kind of chair that was made specifically for you by the universe itself.
It's a large,
Deep and soft armchair.
And when you lower yourself into it,
It doesn't just hold you.
It wraps around you like the most satisfying hug you've ever known.
The second you sit,
The chair curls up around you.
Holding you just the way you need to be held in this very moment.
Take the deepest breath in that you can and exhale like you've never exhaled before.
An exhale that completely empties you out.
The exhale you didn't even know you needed.
And just be here.
Just breathe here.
The chair holds you perfectly and you let yourself fully and completely sink into it.
Let your spine uncoil.
Let your jaw soften.
Let all the weight of the world you've been carrying slide off your lap onto the floor.
And for a moment,
Be completely at peace with yourself.
From this chair,
The world looks so different.
You see the earth out there far away.
Hanging in space and you realise how small it really is.
Every argument,
Every deadline,
Every single thing you were gripping so tightly before you came to this place.
It all looks so tiny now.
Like tiny insignificant scratches on a single grain of sand.
You've been clutching that grain of sand like it was the whole universe.
But now see the world for what it really is.
So small compared to the infinite universe that is everywhere.
The universe is bigger than time.
Bigger than this day.
Bigger than any problem.
So just be here and allow the truth of this to seep into you.
You don't have to be attached to every thought you have.
You don't have to believe every fear.
You are not the noise.
Your soul has never been trapped inside the walls of your calendar,
Your inbox or your worries.
And here in this chair,
You finally understand this.
And as you do,
The room begins to change.
The glass walls seem to shimmer as though they're dissolving.
And suddenly you're not just looking out at the universe anymore.
You're part of it.
The stars move closer to you.
The galaxies tilt like they're turning to face you.
A soft healing energy brushes against your skin with feather-light warmth.
And it feels like something is sighing through you.
The chair beneath you seems to deepen,
Almost sighing too.
Until you can't tell where anything begins or anything ends.
Because everything feels part of you.
And you feel part of everything.
The infinite.
God.
The whole entire universe.
And then the room lifts up gently.
You don't even notice it at first,
But slowly you realize that you're floating.
The room is drifting through space now.
A glass ship sliding through constellations.
Brushing against the stars.
You look down and see the Earth slowly turning far beneath you.
And for the first time in a long time,
You feel free.
And then something happens that you will never forget.
The stars start to move even closer to you.
Not one or two.
All of them.
A constellation breaks apart and each point of light drifts toward you.
The stars gather around the glass room like curious friends leaning in close.
And the stars begin to speak to you.
Not with voices or words,
But with something deeper.
Energy and vibration.
Each star hums a different note.
And the harmony they create together makes a sound that feels like it's weaving through every fiber of your being.
And you can hear what their notes are saying to you.
You feel it.
You feel it.
They say,
Please remember how infinite you really are.
You are so much more than a name,
Skin or body.
You have the whole universe living inside you.
You have us shining bright within you.
The infinite power of everything is always with you.
You just need to remember how extraordinary and infinite you are.
One star is shining brighter than the rest.
It dissolves into the glass wall,
Slipping through the wall to reach you.
It hovers above your lap.
Please now open your left palm,
Offering it to this tiny speck of brilliant,
Abundant,
Healing light.
And watch how it slowly lowers itself into the palm of your hand.
It feels warm and alive.
It's the sweetest feeling you've ever experienced.
The warmth runs up your arm through your chest into every corner of your soul.
And then the star gives you a message.
A message just for you.
It says,
Please remember to take me with you.
Because I am the reminder that you are never alone.
I'm your reminder that there is more light inside you than any darkness you could ever face.
I am your reminder that you can always return here.
No matter how loud the world gets.
Please curl your fingers around this star now.
And feel it instantly absorb into your entire being.
It doesn't fade,
It doesn't dim,
It settles perfectly in you.
As if it was always supposed to be there.
Your own private piece of the infinite.
You can return to this room in your imagination any time you want to.
Whenever the world gets too loud,
You can come back here.
This room isn't an escape from life.
It's a teacher about life.
It shows you that you can step away from the noise any time you need to.
That there is always space for you to breathe.
You are not the chaos of your life.
You are the stillness inside yourself.
You are not trapped in the grind,
You are part of something beautiful,
Infinite and endless.
And now you carry a star within you wherever you go.
And now the glass ship begins to drift back to the space where you started this journey.
The chair still holding you whispering,
You are completely safe.
Find yourself coming back to the world now.
Connecting back to the world outside you.
But always remember this.
Whenever life gets too loud or feels too much,
You can step through those doors again.
You can sit in that chair and you can watch the infinite remind you again of who you are.
Now please place your hands upon your own heart and thank yourself deeply.
Thank yourself for the care you've shown yourself on this journey.
For daring to come on this voyage with me.
I see you.
I honour you.
And I really do appreciate you.
