Allow yourself to gently appreciate the little things.
In your day to day,
That went well.
Little things are always going well for me.
And noticing what this is like for you.
Using gratitude in this way just for a few moments more.
In doing so,
We can transform common days into joyous ones.
We could describe gratitude as the healthiest of all human emotions.
Because it brings us happiness and joy.
So before we move on to this phase of relaxation,
Just gently appreciating that it's a lovely way to end the day allowing gratitude to radiate through our bodies and minds.
Gratitude for the little things that went well.
As you've been resting in this moment of appreciation,
The gentle,
Familiar,
Reliable pull from the earth,
Gravity gently holding you,
All these different areas of pressure and weight.
Gently holding you and helping you relax.
And melt into your bed.
Noticing the pulling sensation of gravity that is always a constant.
But as you notice the pulling sensation more and more,
This is your experience of being more grounded and coming into a place of rest,
Restoration and healing.
Allowing Mother Earth to gently hold you in comfort,
Ease and wellbeing.

Seeing what this experience is like.

Noticing the sensation of being anchored to this moment,
Enveloped by your surroundings and coming more and more into a place of relaxation and restoration.
