Sitting or lying down,
Straightening your posture and placing your body in a comfortable position,
Taking a big breath in through your nose,
Winding down,
And out through your mouth,
Releasing tension,
Sinking into the structure you are on,
Sinking in,
Feeling the lovely support it gives you.
Now,
Imagining that you are in front of a cozy,
Sacred fire.
It is so cold outside,
And the fire lights up the whole room,
Providing it with such warmth and comfort.
This fire has a special energy coming off of it.
It has the energy of peace,
Tranquility,
And healing.
Listen to the fire as it crackles and pops.
It leaves a mark of peace deep within your brain.
It is so peaceful,
So healing.
This fire has a tremendous energy to it,
An energy that extends out and embraces your physical body.
It carries the sound of the fire with it.
It surrounds your body,
Encasing it in this peaceful,
Healing energy.
So soothing.
This sacred fire's energy heals everything it touches.
The energy sinks deep into your ankles and feet,
Relaxing them,
Healing them.
So warm.
It spreads up your lower legs,
Into your knees,
Regenerating this area of your body,
Providing it with such warmness and comfort,
Cleansing.
It travels up your legs,
Right into your hips,
Not missing a single cell,
Cleansing it touches,
Releasing the legs and hips,
Letting them go to the crackling fire.
The fire's energy travels into your upper body,
Flooding the back,
Spine,
And abdomen,
Offering these areas soothing peace,
Relaxing down,
Releasing these areas.
It flows into each organ within the body,
Not missing one,
Cleansing the heart,
The lungs,
The pancreas,
The kidneys,
Regenerating them,
Rejuvenating them,
Resetting them.
Sink into the fire's energy as it does its magic work.
It travels to your chest and neck,
All the way down your arms,
Into your hands,
Cleansing everything that it passes,
Like a warm,
Healing liquid flowing through your veins.
Release these areas.
It travels up to your face,
Your skull,
Right into your brain,
Giving all these areas to the fire.
The fire knows how to cleanse them.
It knows how to relieve them.
Trust the fire's energy.
Your whole body is covered in the fire's energy,
Both internally and externally.
Relax here.
Surrender to the sound and the feel of the fire.
So cozy.
So safe with this energy.
It provides such love,
Such healing to each and every strand of DNA within your body.
This energy allows you to move out with the old and to move on to the new.
It stimulates fresh and abundant energy within your body.
It stimulates vitality,
Healing and growth for the coming year.
Listen to the fire as its energy crackles and pops in each atom of your body.
Each pop represents a moving out with the old and a moving on with the new.
You are being cleansed through the sacred fire of healing.
