Emotional pain can sometimes be difficult to deal with.
Sometimes we just need a little relief.
A little healing.
A little soothing for our emotions.
Welcome to this meditation for soothing your emotional pain.
So just closing your eyes if you already haven't.
Coming down into your very own space.
Relaxing down into yourself.
Not concerned about the world at large.
We are here for ourselves today.
Here for this very moment.
To be a light to ourselves and hence a light to the world.
Just notice how you are feeling at this time.
Feeling can be very difficult at times.
Especially with intense emotion.
But just asking your body how you are today.
Just checking in.
Is there any difficult emotional pain with you at this very moment?
If there is,
Don't worry.
It's coming up just to be soothed.
To be relieved.
Then taking a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Breathing in courage.
And out through the mouth.
Breathing out a blue,
Vibrant light.
Releasing the lungs.
This blue light's whole objective is to serve you.
To soothe your emotional pain.
It is the most soothing light in the whole of the universe.
Directly correlating with each atom of your body.
Directly suited for your emotional pain at this moment.
Feel your body once again.
Notice what it's giving you.
Is there any sensations or emotions that are not comfortable?
These may be showing signs physically.
Signs such as tingling,
Tingling,
Tingling.
Physically,
Signs such as tingling or coldness.
Shooting pain or a pressure feeling.
The blue light surrounds your body.
Any discomfort with inside of you,
The blue light flows into.
Deeply soothing it.
Deeply healing it.
Creating a warm,
Pleasant feeling.
Like you've just got into a warm bubble bath.
This light's job is to soothe and serve you.
Why?
Because you deserve it.
You deserve a rest from your pain.
From the emotions that can be particularly troublesome.
This light is there for you to allow your emotions to pass over.
To do their thing.
The light tells your emotions that everything is going to be okay.
It tells them not to worry.
It speaks directly to them,
Like a loving father to his son.
Everything is going to be okay,
It says.
The sensation that your feeling will pass,
It lovingly declares.
The light is here to teach you equanimity.
Composure in difficult situations.
Be here as it works its magic on any uncomfortable sensations.
You feel within the body.
Notice for the next while what you're feeling.
And notice the light flowing and soothing.
The light then goes deeper into the areas that you are feeling.
It allows them to do their thing.
Without any resistance.
Allowing them to be there.
It soothes your cells,
Your very DNA.
Programming them for feeling and healing.
You know at a fundamental level that feeling is healing.
It is strength.
It is courage.
It is composure.
Rest here for the next while as the light flows deeply into your emotional root.
Deeply into the cells.
Deeply into your DNA.
Feel and heal.
This light is so loving towards you.
It respects you.
It understands you.
Like nobody has before.
Then coming back to your body as this meditation comes to an end.
Realizing that this light will always be there for you whenever you call upon it.
It is a gift from the universe.
Which is inside and around you.
It is you.
Just moving your body around.
Coming back to the world.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
With a lightness in your heart.
Brilliant.
