Hello people,
Welcome to this powerful breath meditation for the oxygenation and rejuvenation of your whole system.
Just slowly closing your eyes,
Gently transitioning from your outer world into your inner world,
Relaxing down now.
You deserve this time for yourself to oxygenate and to appreciate the life that the breath gives to you.
Breathing is a phenomenally underappreciated art form.
For the next few moments you're going to allow it to transform your very own mind,
Your very own body,
Your very own system.
Oxygenating,
Releasing stress and increasing your energy.
For now we're going to take a big deep breath.
Breathing in through your nose,
Fresh energy in.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Use the energy out.
That very breath has cleared your mind and created a lovely scene within it.
In this scene you see yourself sitting beside a crystal-clear stream of water.
Step into this scene,
Become it.
This special water creates an enormous amount of oxygen.
Fresh oxygenated air rises from it.
As the sun shines off the rocks beside the stream,
You breathe in this wonderful fresh air.
A big deep breath.
Releasing out any stresses that you may have on the exhale.
The stream has an oxygenated steam rising from it that is inhaled into your lungs.
Just noticing your breath now as you breathe in this special air.
Noticing the rhythm,
The rising and falling.
The fresh air going in,
The old air going out.
In with the new,
Out with the old.
Breathing a little deeper if your breathing is shallow.
We are in a state of allowing.
Allowing everything to come and everything to go.
Whatever sensations that come up when breathing,
Allow them to be there.
The breath and the body is dealing with this.
Don't worry,
You're safe here.
Now we are going to take six deep breaths.
Breathing in this oxygenated steam and releasing any old energy that's holding us back.
Breathing in,
Holding,
Breathing out.
In with the breath,
Oxygenating,
Out with the stress.
In with the life force,
Allowing,
Out with the old energy.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in,
Deeply into the lungs.
Breathing right out.
Last one.
Breathing in,
Oxygen deeply in.
And breathing out,
Releasing any last bit of tension in your system.
You are so oxygenated right now.
Your whole system appreciates this oxygen.
It was a well needed boost for your whole body.
This air increases your immune system.
It increases your energy.
It increases your confidence.
You are now ready to take on any challenge.
Whatever life has in store for you,
You have all the tools inside of you to overcome and thrive.
With this then,
Taking one last breath of the oxygenated steam.
Breathing in,
You are brave.
Breathing out,
All doubts leave your body.
As we leave this fresh stream,
Know that you can return here anytime you wish.
It's always open.
Then returning to your body,
Waking yourself back up.
