Most cleansing grounding energy there is,
Mother Earth's very own.
Feel the soil beneath you.
As you breathe in,
Bring Mother Earth's energy right up through the soles of your feet.
Breathing in,
Bringing it up.
Breathing out,
Letting any stress or burdens go up into the air.
Deep breath in,
Bringing Earth's energy up.
Deep breath out,
Stress and burdens away.
Feel the Earth energy within your body now.
Feel it flowing through your very veins,
Primitive,
Healing,
Fresh,
Grounding,
Waking you up,
Getting you ready for the day.
Deep breath in,
Earth energy goes right to your brain,
Filling your whole body.
Deep breath out,
Burdens and anxiety disappear.
Mother Earth's energy is all around your body,
In every crevice possible.
Now set yourself an intention for the day,
