Hello everyone,
Welcome to this loving kindness meditation for having compassion for your physical pain.
Sometimes we never stop to give our pain some thought and love.
Having compassion for the shadow side can be one of the most difficult things we can do.
In this meditation we are going to dive deep into our pain area and wish it nothing but the best.
So let's start by closing your eyes if you already haven't.
Bringing yourself right down now,
Creating your own sacred space for you to relax into.
Forgetting about the world's troubles or triumphs,
You're just here for yourself now,
Your own little world inside of you.
Bringing a sense of gentleness into this world,
That's it,
You're doing great.
You've been through so much and you've got through it.
You are strong.
Taking a big deep breath in,
Breathing in strength and exhaling,
Breathing out stress.
Now just with a sense of curiosity,
Notice your pain area,
The area that's been causing you trouble at this time,
Allowing it to come up.
It's okay if it's uncomfortable.
I'm here with you now.
This area has been through so much.
It deserves to be wished well.
The body is desperately needing some love and compassion in this area that has been pushed so hard,
Pushed to the point of exhaustion and injury.
You're going to talk to this area now,
Saying to the area,
May you be happy,
May you be healthy,
May you be loved,
May you be filled with kindness,
May you be whole.
Very good.
Noticing what you feel inside this area,
What's coming up for you at this time.
Is there discomfort there?
Is there a warmness there,
A sense of compassion?
This area has been through so much,
It's mending and healing now.
Visualize that a powerful green light has just come into this area.
This green light is the most healing light in the universe.
It cleanses and soothes,
Regenerating the very DNA of this area,
Programming it for health and happiness.
Speaking into this area again,
Saying to it,
May you be happy,
May you be healthy,
May you be loved,
May you be filled with kindness,
May you be whole.
Excellent.
This area deserves this recognition.
The pain that comes out from here is the very pain that kickstarts the healing process.
It is the very pain that commands the immune system into action.
Now seeing a red light come into this area.
This red light grounds the area and soaks up any excess emotions coming from the pain.
It is very soothing for your emotional body,
Cleansing,
Cleansing,
Cleansing,
Balancing what was out of control before,
Filling this area with unconditional love.
Then speaking into the area and into this red light,
Saying,
May you be happy,
May you be healthy,
May you be loved,
May you be filled with kindness,
May you be whole.
Well done.
Then as this meditation comes to an end,
Know that you have shared your love and compassion to your pain area and this significantly improves your recovery.
You have done yourself such a service my friend.
Then stretching your body as you come back to this moment,
