Hello people,
Welcome to this meditation for deep feelers and sensitive souls.
Find a comfortable space or a space where you feel most relaxed,
Most safe and just gently close your eyes.
Maybe your world right now is a bit chaotic,
Maybe you're going through a tough period in life,
Your body may feel like it's being thrown around,
Tensions may be high,
You may be really sensitive to your emotions and feeling them with such intensity,
The emotion may feel like it's taking you over,
It's okay,
I know exactly how you feel.
These periods of sensitivity may want to make you run away,
It may make you never want to feel again,
Please don't close your heart down,
You have so many gifts and so much to offer,
Running from the intensity of your feelings will only make you feel emptier,
You're a sensitive sensitive being,
You wouldn't be here otherwise,
This is not a weakness,
This is a strength,
A great power when you know what perspective to take.
The power of a thousand suns,
We have a lot to discuss my friend but for now gently feel whatever is coming up inside of you,
It may be subtle,
Remember we are not looking for anything,
Even in times of chaos,
Feel the emotions which are sensations,
Are a form of expression the system uses,
There is no need to go into them or analyze them,
They are there,
Completely natural actually,
Even if you feel them with such intensity,
Notice the response when you just allow this form of expression to be,
Like when a scientist looks through a microscope at a cell with such curiosity,
You are looking at a form of expression of yourself,
At a form of expression of yourself,
That is actually no different to you,
Does the sensation feel sharp,
Is it bouncy,
Springy,
Does it activate your nerves,
Is there a lot of pressure there,
These are just quite common responses that you may feel or you may feel something different,
The whole idea is to feel,
It's not about what you are feeling,
It's about feeling,
Reconnecting back to the natural sensations of the body,
Opening our hearts,
Which is just a metaphor in this case for feeling all that we feel in this moment,
If there is sensations of love and excitement coming up,
Feel it,
If there is sensations of anger or resentment coming up,
Feel it,
They are all sensations,
Different branches of the same tree and you are the tree my friend,
A vessel of life,
When you allow yourself to feel,
The flowers of the tree begin to blossom,
A sweet scent comes off,
The fruits of the tree begin to grow,
Colors of the tree become extremely vibrant,
The tree is not closed,
Its roots are open to the sensations of life,
Pure beauty,
Pure love,
I understand some people may find it difficult to just feel,
Maybe they have not felt in a long time,
You are here now to experiment,
There is no perfection,
When you want only one sensation running through your body constantly,
You are resisting all other sensations,
This is not a balanced life,
Each sensation has its own power,
No matter what it is,
They all have benefit if looked at from a certain perspective,
When you allow yourself the freedom to accept and accept,
When you allow yourself the freedom to accept the sensations of the body,
You will then feel the true sensitivity of the body,
Sensitivity is not bad,
It's not weak,
It is acceptance or understanding of yourself beyond the mind,
This is powerful and develops an incredible strength,
This is a gift,
Continue to allow your heart to open,
Do not close it because other people have closed theirs,
Be you and never apologize for it,
Be here for the next few moments and as this meditation comes to an end,
We are just going to gently feel our physical bodies again,
Taking a big deep breath in breath in and breathing out,
Always remember the sensitivity that you have inside yourself,
It's something that is a great strength and a great gift,
Embrace it,
Now gently having a stretch,
Moving your body around and when you are ready,
Opening your eyes,
