Closing down your eyes if you like.
These closed eyes sending a message to your nervous system that you are safe,
Ready to let go,
To arrive into the wisdom of this moment.
And beginning by simply being with the steady rise and fall of your chest.
Being with the expansion and contraction of your belly.
Really inviting the air to arrive deep into your belly.
Resting in the gentle flow of your breath,
Allowing its rhythm to soothe you.
To lull you into a state of relaxation.
Encouraging this sense of relaxation to spread now.
Beginning with the area above your eyes.
The place we store so much busyness,
Our mental to-do lists and responsibilities.
Really softening all the muscles in and around your eyes.
Softening the small muscles within your cheeks.
These muscles working all day as you talk,
Express yourself and project a certain image out into the world.
Here in this moment,
It's safe to soften your cheeks.
And noticing how this naturally encourages a softening of your jaw.
A gentle space between your upper and lower teeth.
Really allowing this sense of softening to spread throughout your entire mouth.
Tongue,
Teeth,
Gums,
Soft.
Entire face at ease.
No need to look a certain way.
Here it's safe to take off your mask.
To let go of the image you present to the world.
Back of head resting,
Whole head heavy and at ease.
Almost as if your skull is softening.
Letting go of the pressure of the day.
This sense of ease moving down the back of your neck.
All those muscles that work each day holding your head upright.
Now enjoying this rare opportunity to let go.
Relaxation landing on your shoulders.
Just like a bird lands on a tree branch.
Long smooth inhale.
Long smooth exhale.
Letting go of the responsibilities and burdens of the day.
Letting go of the pressure to be perfect.
To get things right.
To be everything to everyone.
Shoulders melting down your back like a block of ice in the summer sun.
It feels good.
Long deep breath in.
Long smooth exhale.
Entire chest softening.
Heart naturally open.
Softening deep into your stomach.
Letting go of the worries of the day.
Letting go of any fear that has found home deep within your stomach.
Hips and pelvis heavy.
Emotional world softening into this moment.
Feeling safe in the support of the earth below.
Legs heavy all the way to your feet and ten toes.
Arms relaxed by your side.
This sense of softening greeting your hands and ten fingers.
Entire body at ease.
Ready to heal and regenerate.
Your mind and body are connected in remarkable ways.
What your mind says yes to,
Your body says yes to also.
Here in this moment your mind is ready to say yes to restoring and healing at a deep and profound level.
Repeating silently in your mind after me.

Really allowing these words to feel true for you in this moment.
As your mind says yes to healing it is sending a powerful message to your body that now is the time to heal.
To regenerate.
To return to its natural state of health and equilibrium.
Imagining these words,
These instructions traveling through your veins,
Your nerves into every cell in your body.
Every cell receiving the message that it's time to heal.
To let go.
To return to its natural state of equilibrium.
With each breath every system in your body is transforming.
Your nervous system,
Your immune system,
Your skeletal system and digestive system all healing.
All returning to their natural state of balance and harmony.
With every heartbeat your muscles,
Tissues,
Organs,
Nerves all healing at a cellular level.
And again programming your mind.
I am ready to heal.

Allowing your mind to deliver this message to every cell in your body.
Imagining once more this message,
This instruction to heal.
Traveling through your veins,
Across your nerves and landing within every cell.
Every cell reprogramming.
Returning to its natural state of balance and harmony.
Here in this moment creating a new baseline for health and well-being within you.
As your body settles into this new state you are ready to welcome into your consciousness a new set of beliefs.

Reminding yourself once more that what your mind says yes to,

Allowing your breath to be your guide.

Inhaling inviting in exhaling letting go.
Allowing your newfound wisdom to land.
Offering your body some gentle movement.
